Nikki and Andrew's Winter Wedding in Columbia, IL
Meet my two favorite pharmacists, Nikki and Andrew! These two met while in St. Louis at pharmacy school, and the rest is history. Iām just honored that I got to spend a beautiful day in January documenting a piece of that history! Keep scrolling for some cozy, winter wedding GOALS.
The beading detail on Nikkiās dressā¦I canāt even. And, when you scroll to her handbag, pause for a minute and really take that in. It was made from her grandmotherās wedding dress! That kind of heirloom gives me goosebumps.

The Immaculate Conception Church in Columbia, IL is the most well lit Catholic church Iāve ever had the pleasure of shooting in. So much natural light pouring in from the windows. The bride also grew up in this parish!
When Nikki shared her vision for the wedding with me in the very beginning. Some of her exact words were āwinter forest vibeā. And, while we didnāt get that dusting of snow we were secretly hoping for, the pine trees at Konarcik Park absolutely nailed that vision.
Another sentimental piece of the day was the fur shawl that Andrewās mom made for the bride, with a special note embroidered on the back. She even made a personalized one for each bridesmaid, so Nikki could gift her girls with a similar keepsake!
Their January day started to get a little chilly as the sun got lower, but it was worth it for that warm glow!
This next one is one of my favorites from the entire day. The soft light, genuine joy, and movement from her dress?! Nikki you are stunning.
Their reception was a freaking BLAST. A table of the brideās cousins was a total hype squad from the entrance, through the speeches, and to the dance floor. Turner Hall was filled with such a fun energy.
